Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest photograph release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing various areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
